HYROX

HYROX classes are built around hybrid performance. It mixes running with functional movements like sled pushes, wall balls, and rowing. So, if you're training for a race or looking to boost your cardiovascular engine, expect this program to deliver grit, sweat, and measurable progress.

With 24/7 gym access available to members, you can work on accessory lifts, mobility, or programming at your own pace. Whether you're following a custom plan or supplementing your classes, our space is yours to move in.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our weightlifting classes improve power, technique, and mobility under load. Ideal for athletes looking to refine their lifts or complement CrossFit training with focused strength development.

Out of town and want to stay consistent? We welcome experienced CrossFit athletes. Drop in for the day, the week, or longer! Your first drop-in is free! Beyond that we'll work with you to find your best plan during your stay in Asheville
